The public is invited to the luncheon at the Biesiot Activities Center. Tickets cost $20 and are available from any Rotarian or at the door. Color guard will be provided by the American Legion Matthew Brew Post 3 Honor Guard.

The North Dakota Army National Guard will present the colors. This year's featured speaker is Dickinson native Col.Cody Volk, director of installations and environment for the North Dakota Army National Guard. He will be speaking about the new National Guard Readiness Center for Dickinson and NDNG updates.
