Art in the Park and Tiny Tot Series

Art in the Park is open to children in grades 1-6 and will be offered on Thursdays from July 9, 2011 - August 11, 2011. Morning sessions will run from 10:00 am-12:00pm for grades 1-3 and an afternoon session from 1:00-3:00pm for grades 4-6. Registration is required and the cost for each session is $5.00. Registration forms are located on the website: dickinsonmuseumcenter or forms may be picked up at the Center, located at 188 Museum Dr. East. Tiny Tot Tuesdays is open to children ages 3-6 and will be held from June 7, 2011 - August 9, 2011. Morning sessions will run from 10:00-11:30am. Parents are encouraged to attend with their children. Registration is preferred and there is no charge for the Tiny Tot Tuesdays program. For both Art in the Park and Tiny Tot Tuesdays, each class session will be different and revolve around topics such as art, science and regional history.

"Family Movie Night"

DSU hosting its first "Family Movie Night" at 7:30 p.m. Fun for the entire family. "The Incredibles," rated PG, will show on the Hawk Vision Video Board. Families are encouraged to bring blankets and sit on Fisher Field or utilize bleacher seating to watch the film. Concessions will be open during the event. No outside food or drinks are permitted in the facility. Tickets are $5 per family at the door. Doors open @ 7:00.
