The Dickinson State University (DSU) Concert Band will perform their spring concert on Tuesday, April 30th, at 7 p.m. in May Hall - Dorothy Stickney Auditorium on the DSU campus. Light snacks and refreshments will be served after the program.
All people in the community are invited to attend this musical event. The event is free and open to the public.
Dr. Brian Holder, DSU’s assistant professor of music and band director, explained, “This concert is a culmination of an excellent year with the DSU Concert Band. Our students have given numerous performances, collaborated with other student musicians, and entertained our community. The spring concert also features our students as they perform the most advanced music I’ve set before them this entire year.”
DSU is committed to providing high-quality learning experiences to support the educational, cultural, and social aspects of the institution’s mission for the southwest North Dakota region and beyond. Collaboration is also an important aspect of the educational work at DSU.
