Happy Halloween! Come on out to the West River ICE SCREAM Halloween Party on October 27, 2023, from 7-9 p.m. dressed in your best costume and skate to a live DJ! Free food and refreshments will be available (while supplies last). Door prizes, photo booth, and contests will heighten the fun!
