WDEA’s 2023 annual meeting will be held October 11-12 at the Astoria Hotel and Events Center in Dickinson. The agenda will feature presentations on the current and forecast state of North Dakota oil production, an update on pipeline takeaway capacity, the latest developments in coal, oil and gas research, a discussion of electric reliability concerns, updates regarding LoadPass Permits, a panel discussion on transportation issues, a panel on the oil industry outlook, a report on development of the Southwest Area Career & Technical Education Academy and the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library, a panel discussion on education policy and funding issues, and a report on interim legislative activity.
