Some of the valuable services that the Dickinson Convention & Visitors Bureau can provide include:
Market Dickinson to attendees via promotional material
Facilitate a pre-event email campaign to potential attendees Dickinson DVD highlighting the great things to see and do while in Dickinson and southwestern North Dakota.
News releases and media contact created and sent to local and state media additional promotion through event listing on community calendar, CVB LED sign & website
Provide a full range of information and supplies for your meeting/convention
- Unlimited supply of Dickinson Guide to the City booklets
- Dining, Lodging and Attraction tear-off maps
- Dickinson information bags tailored to your interests
- Name badges - 1-day adhesive badges, 2-day lanyard badges
(Advance notice required)
- Table tents - can provide and design "Thank You" sponsorships
- Provide a 2' x 5' "Welcome" banner (Free of charge for multiple-day conventions)
Additional services for commitees
- Bidding Assistance - can present information to executive committee
- Gather facility and date availability
- Provide a convention planning manual
- Work with site and local planning committee
- Provide directory of speakers & entertainment
- Assist in planning tours/spouse programs
- Provide transportation information
- On-site registration assistance (Advance notice required)
- VIP Welcome - opening welcome can be arranged
