Dielco Crane CBR Double Down & Concert Series
Post Date: Aug 26 2013

Labor Day weekend in Dickinson is about to get a whole lot better! What two things can you think of that brings together a community in southwestern North Dakota more than a rodeo and music? Yes! These two things exactly will be happening this weekend with the Dielco Crane CBR Double Down & Concert Series.

Along with a Championship Bull Riding Event, Dickinson State University is hosting Sammy Kershaw and Joe Diffie. These two country artists will play back-to-back shows at the Biesiot Activities Center.

The timing of this event couldn’t be more perfect, as it will have a big tailgate kickoff on Thursday evening when the Dickinson State University football team hosts Montana State-Northern in its season opener at the Biesiot Activities Center.

On Friday, August 30, Sammy Kershaw will perform at the Biesiot Activities Center with general admission tickets $30 in advance and $38 at the door. Jessie Veeder will be the opening act. The following day will feature the CBR bull riding event at the DSU Outdoor Arena. Champion bulls Big Bucks, Smoke Screen, and Feelin' So Fly will be showing their skills at the event. The Joe Diffie concert will afterwards be taking place on a stage adjacent to the arena. General admission tickets for the Diffie show will be $25 for adults.

Advanced tickets can be purchased at the Dickinson CVB, Dan's SuperMarket (north), Frankie's West, and First International Bank in Watford City.
